poolife® MPT Extra™ System
This system comprises the proprietary and patented 4-in-1 poolife® MPT Extra™ chlorinating tablets which chlorinate, clarify, prevent algae and soften pool water, the quick dissolving poolife® TurboShock® shock treatment and poolife® Defend+® algaecide for algae removal.
How to Use for Start Up
- Step 1 Add 1 Poolife MPT Extra Sanitizer Tablet per 10,000 gallons once every 10-14 days or as needed to maintain a free chlorine of 1-4 ppm
- Step 2 Add poolife TurboShock Shock treatment weekly to kill and control algae and bacteria add 1 lb per 10,000 gallons to reach 5-10 ppm available chlorine as a shocking dose.
- Step 3 Add poolife Defend + Algaecide once a week to further prevent algae and help clarify your water. Follow full label instructions prior to treatment and always maintain proper water balance.
