Can this be used in a saltwater pool?
Yes, our robotic pool cleaner can be safely used in salt water with a concentration not exceeding 5000 ppm. The concentration of salt in most home swimming pools does not exceed the above concentrations.
What kind of swimming pool is suitable to use beatbot cleaning robot?
Our robotic pool cleaner is suitable for swimming pools of various shapes and made of vinyl, fiberglass, ceramic or other materials.
Does it work on above ground pools?
Yes, it works on both in-ground and above ground pools.
What’s the run time of the battery?
Aquasense Pro can complete water surface cleaning for up to 9.5 hours or pool bottom cleaning for up to 5 hours in a single charging cycle. The above data are the test results of Beatbot laboratory, and the details are always subject to the actual operating environment.
Will it work with a beach entry pool?
AquaSense Pro can work with beach entry pools as long as the water depth is over 1.6ft, as AquaSense Pro is designed to operate within a depth range of 1.6ft to 9.8ft. If the water depth is less than 1.6ft, then the robot will return to the deeper side.
How big is the filter basket?
The filter basket’s capacity of AquaSense Pro is 3.7L.
What is the battery capacity and how long does it take to charge?
AquaSense Pro is equipped with a 10,400mAh battery and it requires only 3.5 hours for a full recharge. The charging time may be longer when the temperature is below 77℉.
Why does the robot go offline after entering the water?
Wi-Fi signals operate using 2.4GHz electromagnetic waves to transmit data. Water, being a medium with a high dielectric constant, can absorb and scatter these waves significantly. When the robot is submerged, the water blocks the signal, causing it to go offline.
Does the connected WiFi support 5GHz?
Currently, the device’s networking WiFi only supports 2.4GHz. Dual-band WiFi (supporting both 5GHz and 2.4GHz) is compatible. If your home WiFi is 5GHz only, contact your router provider to enable 2.4GHz.

Great purchase
I just received my Beatbot Aquasense Pro and so far I love it! Easy set up and app for cell makes it totally user friendly. I have a 40,000 gallon free form Gunite saltwater pool and found this machine worthy of its high price. Cleaned better than my previous Polaris water propelled robot and very quiet. Took about 3.5 hours and was just hanging on the upper part of the pool wall when done. Used the hook to help pull it up and easy peacy! Only drawback is the actual robot is a bit heavy and might be difficult for younger children or some women. If charging dock is closer to the pool, won’t be much of an issue — but my dock is up on my deck about 20–30 feet from the pool edge. Highly reco this robot!!

Impressed by the robot battery life and cleaning
I received my new Beatbot AquaSense Pro 100 yesterday. My pool was pretty dirty, especially with a lot of debris settled at the bottom (as shown in the picture). Since it was my first time using it, I chose the Pro Mode, which cleans the floor, walls, waterline, and surface.
After running for 224 minutes, it managed to clean about 95% of the pool floor, which I found really impressive. Even after a full run, the battery still had around 45% charge left — a pleasant surprise!
This is my first experience with a cordless pool cleaner, and so far, I’m very happy with the performance. I just hope the battery continues to hold its capacity well over time.
